Innovation Organization Audit

Innovation Management focuses on three broad types of capabilities required to manage innovation across the organization.

We will ask you 3 questions under each of these innovation competencies.

Audit_Strategy

Do we know

  • Why
  • When
  • Where

to innovate?

Audit_Capacity

Do we have the

  • Processes
  • People
  • Resources

to drive ideas to commercialization?

Audit_Discipline

Do we have the

  • Leadership
  • Behavior
  • Metrics

to finish what we start?

Under each question, we will ask what is your current level and what your desired level for that competency.

Innovation Practitioner Audit

A structured approach to creative problem solving is critical. Innovation Practitioners need to spend the right amount of time around the setup, divergence, connecting (incubation), convergence, and emergence to be effective

We will ask you 3-5 questions under each section – Setup, Diverge, Connect, Converge, Emerge.
